The merry month of May is a perfect time to enjoy afternoon tea outdoors. A theme of pink flowers is quite fitting for this month.
Consider filling a floral-patterned teapot with fresh cut pink flowers. Roses, peonies, and lysianthus, all in pink, make lovely combination.
Arrange flower sugar cookies topped in frostings of all shades of pink and white atop a pedestal serving dish -- in pink of course! If you're a collector of all thinks pink, you probably already own a couple of pink teacups and saucers. Now is the time to add their charm to this theme.
If the weather is too warm for hot tea, serve pink sparking punch instead in fluted glasses.
Just add dear friends or favorite family members and let the fun begin!
See how others are celebrating the color pink this week by visiting Beverly at How Sweet the Sound. Happy Pink Saturday to all!

It's raining cats and dogs in Upper Michigan today with oodles of cold wind. Not very spring-like so traveling from blog to blog on Pink Saturday is really a treat for me today.
Thanks so much for sharing a little something of yourself today. I really need all the pink I can get with the weather we are having☺
Hoping this weekend is filled with the j♥y of being surrounded by those you love and those who love you.

It's been more years than I care to count since I can say I enjoyed "afternoon tea"! This was lovely! ...Still, I can't decide which was prettier... the teapot with flowers or the cookies! Happy Pink Saturday, and have a wonderful week!
